Alexis Kamerman

When I remember her lovely face and her beautiful smile, I can't stop crying!

For god's sake, we have the right to live, we have the right to breathe, to learn, to go to school, to go to restaurant, to walk on the street. We don't want to kill anyone, We don't want the people of the world hate us. We want them to love us.

Taliban! We don't want you! Leave us, please!

  1. The real beauty of Afghanistan is in the words and deeds of people like you.. I think it brings shame to her memories by adding this terrorist organization's name in your article.
"Taliban" means "students" and this organization have stood against the very principle of the "right to education" and living freely.. I just remembered that they were diplomatically recognized and supported only by three countries in the past - Pakistan, Saudia & the UAE. Pakistan have nurtured several terrorist groups and it resulted in bloodshed with in Pakistan. What goes around comes around!

Why would any Islamic organization resort to violence as their means to bring their skewed version of justice? Why do they bring shame to Muslim brothers & sisters? "Muslim" means "the one who submits to God" not a terrorist who kills fellow human beings!

It is now time to think, brothers and sisters; let us make sure that violence does not seep into the next generation as well. The only way to do this is through proper education.

Aptly said, Taliban, no one wants you! Just leave & let us live.

May her soul rest in eternal peace.
